Coreopsis pubescens 'Sunshine Superman' is a compact variety growing to 10 - 12". Plants are somewhat short-lived, allow to self-seed to perpetuate the planting. Prefers hot, bright, well-drained sites. Blooms from mid-summer to fall if plants are regularly deadheaded. Native from Kansas to Virginia. Attractive to butterflies.
