A native perennial with single yellow flowers in late summer. Deer and rabbit resistant. Attractive to butterflies, bees, and other insects. Deadhead to encourage additional flowers. Prefers a full sun location with moist soil. May need to be staked or have support from sturdy companion plants. Can pinch back in spring for shorter, sturdier plants. 3 -5'
