Robust, rounded, shrub rose. Blooms spring through fall with large, single fluorescent red flowers. Foliage emerges a deep red, maturing to a deep, blue-green showing excellent resistance to disease. Very cold hardy. No deadheading. Red hips add to the winter interest.
