Compact, neatly rounded deciduous shrub. Blooms in the spring with violet-purple flowers, somewhat fragrant. The flowers cover the entire bush. Foliage is dark green making a nice looking shrub in the summer. Little fall color. Easy to grow and very tolerant. Slow growing.
