Upright, suckering, rounded, deciduous, large shrub. Blooms in spring with single purple flowers lined with white margins. Trim off old flowers right after they finish blooming. Foliage is dark green with minimal fall color. Easy to grow with a moderate growth rate. Very tolerant.
