NATIVE - Upright, stiffly branched, deciduous large shrub or small tree. Blooms in spring with creamy flowers followed by persistent, edible, blue black berries. Foliage is dark green with variable fall color of deep red to burgundy, depending on the plant. Very easy to grow; slow to moderate growth rate.
