At The Siebenthaler Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home and garden purchases. If an item does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt.

  Ensure your items are in their original condition and packaging. Please note that live plants and seasonal inventory may have specific warranty restrictions.

  Locate your original sales receipt or order confirmation email to facilitate a smooth verification process at the service desk.

  Visit Our Garden Center

  Bring your items to any of our retail locations. For large nursery stock or heavy hardscape materials, please contact us ahead of time to coordinate drop-off.

  Receive Refund

  Once inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Store credit may be issued for returns without a receipt at the manager's discretion.
