NATIVE - Vigorous, rounded, deciduous shade tree that handles the rigors of air pollution. Blooms are inconspicuous, but the countless black berries that follow are devoured by birds. Foliage is light green, changing to a dull yellow in the fall. Good city tree due to its tolerance of pollution, heat, wind, drought and wet soils.
