The striking beauty of a redwood, but without the large size. This fast growing smaller version is perfect for the smaller gardens. It has the typical flared trunk, pyramidal shape and rough reddish bark, but the fine needles are a bright golden color with orange highlights in spring turning to a non-fading bright golden color. Attracts birds, deer tolerant.
