Deep red buds open to reveal clusters of ruffled soft pink flowers with deeper pink undersides. Matures to white, a tri-color effect on the same shrub. Evergreen leather-like foliage takes the stage when it is not in bloom. Attracts butterflies, hummingbirds and other pollinators. Good heat tolerance and disease resistance. Blooms on old wood.
